Presents

It makes me so sad that I am leaving Japan. And I think my students are devastated too seeing the ridiculous amount of presents they have left me over the past couple of days.

This is about seventy percent of all the gifts I got! I am tickled pink to think that people are actually going to miss me. In fact I got too many presents. I was throwing out clothes at the hotel everyday to try and make room for it all. By day three the hotel stopped taking my rubbish bags of clothes, so I had to start carting my clothes to work to get rid of them :(

My favourite gift of all is this mameshiba from Akiko. I have wanted one of these ever since I saw them in a magazine in New Zealand. They're so stupid and awesome. Thanks Akiko!
